Living Room
The living room sits between the dining room and the kitchen. It features a large domed ceiling, lined with bricks which culminates in a dormer at the top. There is a 52″ home theater system complete with surround sound. Included in the electronics is a iPod dock, DVD player and Dish Network satellite system. A large sectional couch and coffee table make up the main seating area. Adjacent to the sectional are two large lounge chairs.
Dining Room
The formal dining room seats 10 people at an elegant oak table. Custom upholstered chairs rim the long rectangular table with a large wrought iron chandelier. The wrought iron contains the dining room alongside the atrium.
Kitchen
The gourmet kitchen located on the main level features granite counter tops with a traver-tine tile floor. A large island workstation comes complete with a prep sink and large workspace. A four burner professional stove with custom wood accented hood serves as a focal point along the custom cabinet lined wall. A stainless steel dishwasher begins a peninsula that seats 5 people at a bar height counter. The stainless steel appliances also include a double wall oven, large refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. The open concept kitchen spills out into the atrium and dining room.
Bedrooms
Featuring seven luxurious suites over three levels, Villa Esperanza can comfortably sleep up to 20 people. Every suite features full private bathroom, and walk in closets. The single bed suites contain King size beds, and two suites have double Queen beds. Each suite also has its own private terrace with an ocean view.
Master Suite
Relax in the largest and most luxurious bedroom of Villa Esperanza. The Master Suite looks onto the ocean with a large terrance inviting you to the outside. A king bed and 48″ satellite television make for a great private escape. There’s a walk in closet, and an additional traditional closet providing ample room for all of your belongings. The en-suite bathroom features a private jacuzzi tub as well.
Second Suite
The second suite is located on the villa’s second level. It features a King Size bed and an ocean view with a large private terrace. Like the Master Suite, the second suite has a full en-suite bathroom along with a walk in closet and 42″ satellite television.
Third Suite
The Third Suite is situated on the second floor of Villa Esperanza. The focal point of the suite is the King Size bed which overlooks the large private terrace. There is a hot tub located on the outdoor terrace. The suite also has its own full private bath and walk in closet in addition to a 32″ satellite television.
Fourth Suite
On the second level, the Fourth Suite features two queen size beds and sleeps up to four people. The suite opens into a large terrace with an ocean view. There is a walk in closet in addition to a full private bathroom. There is also a 32″ satellite television in the suite.
Fifth Suite
Located on the second level, the fifth suite also features a King size bed and an ocean view. A large private terrace and full private bath round out the suite. There is a walk in closet and 32″ satellite television.
Sixth Suite
The Sixth Suite is located on the lower third level. With a King size bed and an ocean view with private terrace this lower level suite is a getaway unto its self. Walk in closets and a full private bathroom round out the suite which also features a 32″ satellite television.
Seventh Suite
Located on the lower level, the Seventh Suite has two queen size beds and can sleep up to four adults. A terrace with an ocean view is just another feature of this lower level suite. There is a full private bath and walk in closets in addition to a 32″ satellite television.
