I plan to take a cruise to Mexico (for 7 days). Do I need to take Mexican visa to visit the places that the cruise ship is planning to touch-down? For e.g, if the cruise ship docks at “Cabo San Lucas” in Mexico, and if I want to get down and roam around the city, do I need to take Mexican visa?
